What is a print?

A print is a reproduction of an original piece of art printed on high quality paper, canvas or metal and available at a more affordable price point, compared to the original.  Prints purchased from this site are automatically shipped to you from the printer and therefore are not signed by the artist.  Please contact me if you have any further questions or concerns at Tatiana@vv.gallery

The printer also offers framing options for most media (the surface the art is printed on).  This provided service makes it easier for you, since many prints would require custom made frames due to their dimensions.

What is a "limited print?"

The term "limited prints" means that only a specific number of prints of that particular piece of art were made.  Once those prints are sold, that print will no longer be available for purchase.  The original my or may not be available.  Quite often limited prints  have a higher price point, as their value increases due to the smaller (limited) amount of prints created.  Sometimes these prints may be directly shipped by the artist and bear a signature.

What is your shipping Policy?

Shipping is available worldwide.  Shipping cost will be calculated in shopping cart. Shipping costs for prints will differ from that of Originals.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

Returns

The return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, no refund or exchange will be offered.  In order to return an item it must be in the same condition you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued on an individual basis.  Please contact via email or phone to discuss. Write to info@vv.gallery or call 1-(732) 742-1395.

Exchanges

Only damaged items will be replaced.  If an item is delivered and is damaged, please send an email to support@vv.gallery with an explanation of the damages incurred and pictures if possible.  You may also contact via phone at 1-(732) 742-1395 with any inquiries.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using shipping service that can track the transport and delivery of your item or purchasing shipping insurance. It cannot be guaranteed that item will be received.
